These terms apply to the Talara website and early access programme. They do not constitute a software licence or service agreement for the Talara product itself, which will be governed by separate terms at the time of onboarding.

3. The early access programme
Submitting a request through the form on this website does not guarantee access to the Talara product. It registers your interest and places you on a waitlist. We will contact you at the email address you provide if and when a spot becomes available.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any early access request at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
The Talara product is currently in development. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
4. No warranties
This website and any information on it are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Talara and its founders, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in the early access programme.
Our total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is greater.
