About
The toolwe wished we had.
Talara is built by people who spent years inside hiring and grew tired of software that added work instead of taking it away.
What is Talara?
Talara is an AI-native, agentic ATS, built in Europe. The idea behind it is simple: hiring should run on AI and stay owned by people. We build software that does the real work of recruiting and hands your time back, with a human accountable for every decision and the compliance designed in from the first line of code.
Vision
Hiring runs on AI. People stay in charge.
That is the whole idea, and we keep it deliberately small. AI does the work; a person owns every decision that matters. Everything we build has to serve that one belief or it does not ship.
Mission
A product that is actually useful.
Most hiring software hands you another dashboard to check and another tab to manage, then calls it innovation. We think that is backwards. Talara’s job is to do the work, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers, so your team spends its hours on judgment instead of data entry. Useful beats impressive. Fewer tools, not more. We would rather remove a click than add a feature, and the product only earns its place by giving you time back, every single day.
Who builds it
People who lived the pain.
Talara comes from people who spent years inside hiring and building the tools for it. We felt the sprawl of a dozen disconnected systems, the busywork that buries recruiters, and the quiet fear of getting compliance wrong. So we built the tool we wished we had: one AI that does the work, a human accountable for every consequential decision, and software that puts the people using it first, and the people being hired right alongside them. We start from what a tool should do for a person, then build backward to the technology.
What we believe
Compliance and AI, built together.
Most vendors bolt compliance onto an AI product after the fact, and it cracks the first time it is tested. We built Talara the other way around, with human oversight, bias monitoring, and a PII-safe audit trail designed alongside the AI. That is why the controls hold when a regulator looks closely, and why a team can move fast without something breaking behind them.
