Yes. The Model Context Protocol is foundational to Talara, not bolted on. Tally’s tools are exposed over MCP, so you can reach Talara from Claude or any MCP client and run real recruiting work in a conversation. The human-approval gate and the audit trail apply identically, whether a tool is called from the Talara app or from Claude.
Why it matters
The work comes to where you already are.
You should not have to log into another tab to move hiring forward. Because Talara is MCP-native, your recruiters can ask Claude to source a role, summarize a pipeline, or draft an offer, and it runs against live Talara data. The same approval gate stops every consequential action for a human.
